The Penis Cactus resembles a penis much better than the flowers of Amorphophallus species.
Indeed, the flowers of Amorphophallus species barely resemble them....
The name Amorphophallus actually says it all: it means shapeless penis.

Multiple forms of Penis Cacti
There are several forms of Penis Cacti.
There is a low-growing form that makes new shoots at the base.
This creates a Cactus with segments growing on top of each other
There is also a longer form that is thicker and makes few shoots.
There is also a narrower, thin form that also grows long.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE PENIS CACTUS

What is the Penis Cactus?
A special monstrous form of the Bolivian Torch Cactus resembling a Penis !
This Penis Cactus (thick) is grey-blue in colour.
This thick and large monstrous form has a round, rough outer skin.
Thorns
At the bottom of the Penis Cactus (thick) there are often bundles of spines with multiple spines.
From the centre of the Cactus body, this Penis form is completely spine-less and bald.
Growth
This thicker monstrous form grows as fast as the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus.
The length growth is about 20 to 40 centimetres per year.
This Penis Cactus sometimes produces new offshoots (cuttings) at the bottom.
Mescaline
A strongly cultivated plant or cutting has a thicker green chlorenchyma layer than a seeded Mescaline Cactus.
This tissue layer lies immediately under the epidermis and contains relatively the most Mescaline.
So the thicker this layer, the more Mescaline a Mescaline Cactus contains!
The Penis Cactus (small) contains about as much Mescaline as the normal Bolivian Torch Cactus (= Echinopsis lageniformis).
Achuma
Indians from Bolivia call Echinopsis lageniformis and Echinopsis pachanoi both ‘Achuma’ or ‘Huachuma’.
Apparently, they do not distinguish between the two botanical cactus species.
Apparently, they experience the same mind-expanding properties in both mescaline cacti.
