MESCALINE CONTENT OF THE PEYOTE CACTUS
MESCALINE CONTENT OF THE PEYOTE
Literature on Mescaline Cacti shows that :
1. older Peyote Cacti contain more Mescaline than younger ones of the same size.
2. the highest concentration of Mescaline is in the outer green tissue layer.
3. slowly and sun-grown natural Peyote Cacti contain more Mescaline,
than fast, fertiliser-grown Peyote Cacti with little sun.
Important differences !
Note the difference between:
1.1 a fresh Peyote Cactus, and a dried Peyote Cactus (‘Peyote button’).
1.2 percentage (= % = per 100 = 1/100), and mg per 100 grams (1 milligram = 1/1000 grams).
1.3 analysis of the whole Peyote Cactus, or of only the outer green tissue layer.
This outer tissue layer contains relatively more Mescaline.
